Leonard Robinson, Chief Deputy Director of the Department of Toxic Substances(DTSC) at California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal EPA) briefly took the morning keynote stage at West Coast Green to present awards to two businesses.PG&E and Home Depot were each acknowledged for their role in promoting the retail take-back of compact fluorescent light bulbs (banned from the landfill in California because they contain mercury).
