Bill Reed, president of the Integrative Design Collaborative, spoke largely to the importance and feasibility of balancing personal development and career pursuits during his participation in the West Coast Green panel this afternoon on Luminaries in Green.
Just back from a two-month complete break from work life (no meetings, no projects, not even email), the benefits of recharging in order to maintain energy and focus really showed in him.
